摘要

目的：探讨针刺治疗大脑脚底（Ｗｅｂｅ　ｒ）　综合征的临床疗效。方法：４３例患者按病种分为脑出血组，脑梗塞组；　按病程分为１５天以内，１５天～２月，２月以上３组。均采用＂醒脑开窍＂针刺治疗，３个疗程后　进　行疗效对比。结果：４３例患者中，治愈５例，占１１．６％；显效２３例，占５　３．５％；有效１０例，占２３．３％；无效５例，占１１．６％。总有效率为８８．４％。经统计学处理，脑　出血组与脑梗塞组疗效对比差异无显著性意义（Ｐ＞０．０５）；１５天以内组与２月以上组之间　疗效差异有显著性意义（Ｐ＜０．０５）。结论：＂醒脑开窍＂针刺法治　疗Ｗｅｂｅｒ综合征疗效肯定，及早治疗是提高疗效的关键。
