摘要

目的 :观察针灸配合药流的临床疗效。方法 :将 186例自愿服药终止早孕的妇女

分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组在最后一次服药后即给予针刺治疗

孕囊排出后给予温针灸治疗。结果 :治疗组在完全流产率、阴道出血持续时间、出血量等方面明显优于对照组。结论 :针灸提高了机体对药物的敏感性、增强了子宫收缩力、促进了蜕膜及绒毛的排出

配合药流终止早孕可防治药流的副作用。
