摘要

震颤麻痹症为多发于中年以上的中枢神经系统疾病

以震颤、肌肉强直和运动障碍为临床特征。其临床发病率虽然不高

但病症顽固

轻则震颤不已

重则瘫痪不起

难以治愈。笔者自1991年以来用音乐电疗加头针治疗此病

现将结果报告如下。1 临床资料本组30例均由病房及门诊介绍经上级医院确诊而来

其中男18例

女12例;年龄最小55岁

最大75岁;病程最短8个月

最长20年。均有手指显著震颤

呈所谓“搓丸样”动作

情绪激动常使之加剧;颈肌及躯干肌强直

面部表情减少

运动减少而缓慢

精细动作障碍尤甚

如书写、用筷子夹菜等动作;患者步态特殊

步伐小

缺乏上肢联合运动

迈步之初困难而缓慢

但随即越走越快

至不能及时停住

出现前冲步态;或有多汗和流涎等症状。
