摘要

方法 :将 12 0例胸壁挫伤病例分成阳陵泉组与外关组

采用镇静调气刺法治疗进行对照观察。结果 :阳陵泉组治愈率优于外关组 (P <0 0 5 )。辨证分型的比较

阳陵泉组无差异

外关组气滞型优于血瘀型 (P <0 0 1)

病程短者优于病程长者 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 :用镇静调气法针刺阳陵泉、外关穴是治疗胸壁挫伤的有效方法

且阳陵泉与外关疗效有区别。
