摘要

目的 :观察针刺疗法对功能性消化不良 (FD)患者的疗效。方法 :选择动力障碍性FD5 8例

随机分成 2组。治疗组针刺足三里、梁丘等穴治疗 4周 ;对照组口服西沙必利治疗。以上腹饱胀、早饱、嗳气、恶心、纳差 5项主症为观察指标

记录症状积分

治疗结束后

分别进行比较。结果 :两种疗法均能改善动力障碍性FD患者的症状

对早饱、嗳气、纳差的疗效针刺组优于对照组。结论 :针刺治疗FD具有很好的疗效
