摘要

目的:探讨针刺配合颈椎牵引在椎动脉型颈椎病中的治疗价值和治疗机理。方法:将74例患者随机分为针刺颈牵组和药物颈牵组

治疗15天。观察治疗前后颈性眩晕症状与功能评分以及椎动脉彩色多普勒血流显像（CDFI）的变化。结果:（1）两组颈性眩晕症状与功能评分增加

差异有非常显著性意义。（2）针刺颈牵组治疗后椎动脉（VA）内径增大和最大血流速度（MAX）增快有非常显著性意义。结论:针刺配合颈椎牵引能够显著改善椎动脉型颈椎病的临床症状

增大椎动脉内径和血流速度。
