摘要

目的 :观察火针治疗慢性软组织损伤的病理变化。方法 :将慢性软组织损伤的实验兔分成火针组、温针组、造模组 3组

在整个实验研究的不同阶段

对 3组实验兔的损伤部位外观体征、解剖后肉眼观察、光镜检测进行对照分析。结果 :发现慢性软组织损伤一旦形成粘连疤痕病理结构

即不可能通过自身机制或常规针灸治疗方法吸收和消除

而经过火针治疗后呈现出吸收再生的良性过程。结论 :揭示出传统的火针疗法对慢性软组织损伤的治疗机制
