摘要

方法:取患侧下关穴

双侧痛取双侧。常规消毒后

用28号1.5寸不锈钢毫针直刺

待局部得气

憋胀痛后

行提插捻转法

尽量使针感向下传

能达到足部者最好

每隔5分钟行针1次

留针30分钟。隔日1次

10次为一疗程

1个疗程后统计疗效。结果:本组50例全部有效

其中疼痛完全消失者12例;疼痛大部消失者23例

疼痛缓解者15例。体会:足跟痛主要是指跟骨底面由于慢性损伤引起的疼痛

常伴有跟骨结节部的前缘骨刺

起病缓慢

多为一侧发病

患者一般有数月或数年的病史。临床表现为晨起站立时疼痛较重

行走片刻后疼痛减轻

但行走过久疼痛又加重
