方法：采用针灸加臂丛神经封闭及单纯针灸和单纯封闭治疗HIV携带者患上肢带状疱疹后遗留神经痛60例。通过分组对照观察，治疗中及治疗后的疼痛评分分析。结果：认为针灸加臂丛神经封闭的方法对机体免疫力低下所伴发的严重带状疱疹后遗留的神经痛具有较好的疗效。
