摘要

目的 :探讨针刺治疗急性脑梗塞作用机理。方法 :采用线栓法复制急性脑梗塞模型

运用放免技术

检测针刺前后血浆中cAMP和 β EP含量变化及其相关性。结果 :造模后

急性脑梗塞大鼠血浆中cAMP含量明显低于正常组

血浆中β EP含量则显著升高。针刺后能使急性脑梗塞大鼠血浆中过低的cAMP含量明显升高

过高的 β EP含量显著降低

并趋于正常值。结论 :针刺可能通过升高血浆中过低的cAMP含量和降低异常升高的 β EP含量而达到治疗目的
