摘要

目的:寻找治疗甲亢的最佳方法。方洁:将 138例患者随机分为治疗组92例

对照组 46例

治疗组选择双侧心俞、肝俞穴位埋线

并配服中药抑亢胶囊;对照组口服丙硫氧嘧啶为主。两组均治疗12～18个月

观察结果。结果:治疗组有效率97.8％

同丙硫氧嘧啶对照组疗效（93.5％）基本一致

但治疗组对某些症状和体征的改善优于对照组

且无毒副作用。结论:穴位埋线疗法配合口服抑亢胶囊

是一种控制甲亢临床症状预防甲亢复发较理想的方法。
