摘要

目的:探讨针刺对肥胖大鼠海马组织一氧化氮(NO)含量和一氧化氮合酶(NOS)活性的影响。方法:观察针刺治疗前后肥胖大鼠体重、体脂及海马组织NO含量和NOS活性的变化。结果:肥胖大鼠体重、体脂及海马组织NO含量和NOS活性均显著高于正常大鼠水平;大鼠海马组织NO含量和NOS活性与体重和Lee’s指数高度正相关。针刺治疗取得良好减肥疗效。同时

肥胖大鼠海马组织NO含量和NOS活性明显回降。结论:海马组织NO含量和NOS活性异常可能是肥胖发病因素之一;针刺对肥胖机体海马组织NO含量和NOS活性的良性调整作用

可能是实现减肥效应的中枢作用机制之一。
