摘要

《针灸甲乙经》(下面简称《甲乙经》)中多为单穴处方

文中从腧穴的发现形式、配穴理论的发展及实用性分析了单穴处方存在的主、客观原因 ;病变部位的局部取穴及循经取穴是《甲乙经》中临证选穴的主要规律

并重视特定穴的应用

其理论根源是《内经》中已有记载的腧穴理论和经络理论 ;临床辨证分类细致

强调辨证选穴
