摘要

目的：探讨植物神经系统在针刺信号传导中的作用。方法：选择全麻下行颅内肿瘤切除术患者5例。在术中针刺双侧厉兑、涌泉等穴，以电针仪电针20 min。统计针刺前、中、后收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)、平均动脉压(MAP)、心率(HR)的变化。结果：全组针刺期间与针刺前后比较，SBP增加22.40±3.19 mmHg(P<0.05)、DBP增加12.00±1 .41 mmHg(P<0.01)、MAP 增加15.99±1.65 mmHg(P<0.001)、HR增加24 .00±6.66 bpm(P<0.05)。结论：全麻后，针刺仍能引起血压和心率增加的正性心力作用。
