摘要

方法 :用自制高热量饲料喂养刚断乳SD雄性大鼠造成肥胖模型。观察针刺对肥胖大鼠脑干中缝核群单胺类神经递质水平的影响。结果 :肥胖组较正常组中缝核群组织中色胺酸 (Tryp)、5 羟引哚乙酸 (5 HIAA)含量升高

5 羟色胺 (5 HT)及 5 HT/ 5 HIAA水平低下。针刺在取得减肥疗效的同时

还可以升高中缝核群组织中 5 HT及 5 HT/ 5 HIAA水平

降低Tryp、5 HIAA含量

针刺前后各组多巴胺 (DA)、去甲肾上腺素 (NE)水平均无显著变化。结论 :针刺对中缝核群 5 HT及其代谢的良性调整作用可能是针刺减肥的因素之一。
