摘要

方法:针刺配合药物治疗。（1）针刺:主穴为阿是穴

配合承山、昆仑、跗阳、阳陵泉、环跳、委中等穴

行针5分钟

留针30分钟

10分钟行针1次

患者局部有酸感出针。可选两组穴位

交替使用。（2）药物治疗:干姜20g、独活20g、肉桂10g、桂枝16g、麻黄10g、杜仲20g、巴戟天15g、川芎15g、牛膝15g、秦艽15g、红花15g

水煎1剂

早晚分服。疗效观察:治疗64例

男26例

女38例;年龄最小23岁

最大68岁;病程最短3个月

最长5年;单侧患病45例

双侧患病19例;有外伤史者4例。
