摘要

方法：将３２０例寻常痤疮患者随机分成围　刺结合耳穴贴压对照组、耳穴贴压对照组及四环素对照组。从３组中各抽取中度患者２０例，　检查其治疗前　后的皮脂溢出率及血清睾酮水平。结果：围刺结合耳　穴贴压组疗效明显优于两个对照组。同时发现围刺结合耳穴贴压疗法可以改善寻常痤疮主要　发病因素中的皮脂溢出状况及血清睾酮水平。结论：围刺结合耳穴贴压　疗法是治疗寻常痤疮的一种行之有效、操作简单、无不良作用的方法，值得推广运用。
