摘要

目的:探讨电针促宫颈成熟的效果与机理。方法:将妊娠晚期大鼠随机分为空白组、电针组、蓖麻油组和临产组。用高效液相色谱法测定宫颈羟脯氨酸含量

用放射免疫分析法测定羊膜前列腺素E2（PGE2）、血清白介素-6（IL-6）和白介素-8（IL-8）的含量。结果:电针显著降低了宫颈羟脯氨酸含量

显著升高了羊膜PGE2、血清IL-6和IL-8的含量。结论:电针具有促宫颈成熟的作用。其机理可能与升高羊膜PGE2、血清IL-6和IL-8的含量有关。
