摘要

目的：观察针刺治疗原发性帕金森　病疗效及其与患者脑脊液中单胺类神经递质的关系。方法：用毫针针刺　内关等穴位治疗原发性帕金森病。以《改良　Ｗｅｂｓｔｅｒ　症状评分表》评定疗效，用高效液相　色谱－－电化学检测法检测脑脊液中单胺类神经递质的变化情况。结果：　治疗的总有效率为７１％，治疗对中枢单胺类神经递质有影响，疗效变化与递质变化未见有　显著意义的相关。结论：针刺有一定的疗效，能引起中枢单胺类神经递　质　ＤＡ，ＮＡ　的变化，疗效与递质变化的确切关系尚待进一步研究。
