摘要

目的 :探讨针刺对非胰岛素依赖性糖尿病 (NIDDM)的中枢神经作用机制。方法 :采用神经电生理和生化技术观察针刺治疗前后NIDDM大鼠的变化。结果 :NIDDM大鼠空腹血糖 (FBS)、空腹胰岛素 (FINS)和渴中枢神经细胞自发放电频率及去甲肾上腺素 (NA)、多巴胺 (DA)含量明显高于正常大鼠

而胰岛素敏感性指数 (IAI)水平明显低于正常大鼠。针刺治疗后NIDDM大鼠FBS、FINS和渴中枢神经细胞自发放电频率及NA和DA含量均明显回降

而IAI水平明显回升。渴中枢神经细胞自发放电频率与FBS呈高度正相关

与FINS呈中度正相关

与IAI呈高度负相关。结论 :针刺对NIDDM大鼠渴中枢的调整作用可能是纠正胰岛素抵抗 (IR)

调整其异常内分泌代谢的一个重要环节。
