摘要

目的：通过观察针刺对实验性糖尿　病大鼠视网膜病变的影响，进一步证明针刺对糖尿病视网膜病变的治疗及预防作用。　方法：选择大鼠建立糖尿病动物模型，分别以针刺及胰岛素治疗，并设正常　对照组及模型对照组，于３个月及６个月取大鼠血清及视网膜，检测血糖、胰岛素含量，电镜　观察视网膜变化。结果：血糖、胰岛素含量，针刺组、胰岛素组及正常　组在统计学上差异无显著性意义，与模型对照组相比，差异有显著性意义；电镜观察针刺组　视网膜微血管病变得以改善。结论：针刺可以有效地预防和治疗糖尿病　视网膜病变。
