目的:观察发病早期（24～48小时）应用通腑针刺法治疗脑卒中的临床疗效。方法:将100例脑卒中患者随机分为早期通腑针刺治疗组及发病1周后常规针刺（包括头针和体针）对照组。结果:治疗组与对照组疗效差异有显著性意义（P<0.05）。结论:通腑针刺法的早期应用能显著地提高脑卒中的疗效。
