摘要

方法：将６０例符合ＷＨＯ原发性高血压病诊断标　准的患者随机分为２组，每组各３０例。治疗组采用单纯针刺疗法，取穴为双侧行间、风池　，每日治疗１次；对照组口服复方降压片１片，每日３次。分别于首次治疗前及１５天以后取血　，测定血浆内皮素。结果：治疗组治疗１５天后血浆内皮素水平明显下降　，与治疗前及对照组治疗后比较，差异有非常显著性意义（Ｐ＜０．０１）。
