摘要

方法 :选择胶原酶加肝素联合注射法诱导脑出血大鼠模型

观察电针不同穴位对大鼠脑组织一氧化氮 (NO)、内皮素 (ET)、总抗氧化能力 (T AOC)的影响。结果 :针“水”组能明显降低造模后脑组织中升高的NO

与模型组相比

P <0 0 5 ;针“水”组、针“风”组皆能降低造模后脑组织中升高的ET

与模型组相比

P <0 0 5 ;且针“水”组、针“风”组还能提高造模后脑组织中降低的T AOC

与模型组比

P <0 0 5。结论 :针“水”组和针“风”组皆能降低脑出血模型血肿周围脑组织中升高的ET含量

提高其抗氧化能力

且针“水”组尚能降低血肿周围脑组织中升高的NO含量
