摘要

目的:在合理饮食和口服降糖药治疗的基础上

观察不同方法对患者血糖、胰岛素水平以及血脂等项的影响。方法:80例患者随机分为针刺治疗组（A）、运动疗法组（B）、针刺结合运动疗法组（C）、和单纯进行合理饮食及口服降糖药治疗对照组（D）。历时2个月

观察治疗前后上述各项指标变化情况。结果:治疗后A、B、C3组的血糖、胰岛素水平均较对照组明显降低（P<0.05

P<0.01）

而C组又明显低于A、B两组（P<0.05

P<0.01）

各组血脂也较治疗前有所下降。结论:针刺加上适当的运动能明显降低血糖

降低胰岛素抵抗

恢复胰岛素功能

改善血脂代谢

显示治疗上的协同作用

及单纯药物和饮食疗法的不能替代性。
