摘要

近年来

笔者用点穴加音频电物理因子穴位治疗足跟痛取得满意疗效

现报告如下。1 临床资料本组38例患者中

男16例

女22例;年龄最小23岁

最大53岁;病程最短13天

最长1年。2 治疗方法点穴:嘱患者俯卧位

两腿伸直

足跟向上

取局部阿是穴

术者用右拇指指腹在跟骨周围按压并找出最痛点

然后用拇指做深部按拨5～7遍

至局部产生酸痛感

按拨强度以患者能忍受为度。每天治疗1次

10次为一疗程。 “音频电”穴位治疗:采用上海产YL-3型音频电疗机

输出频率为2000±100Hz/s

铅板电报5cm×3cm×2

加衬垫对置于太溪、昆仑穴处

输出电流强度以患者耐受阈为限（约50mA）。每日1次

每次25分钟

10次为一疗程。 2个疗程后评定疗效。
