方法：运用芒针透刺法治疗失眠症５２例，　并设中药酸枣仁汤加减治疗３０例为对照组进行观察。结果：治疗组总有　效率为９０．４％，对照组为７０．０％。两组疗效差异有显著性意义（２＝５．６２２，Ｐ＜　０．０５）。结论：芒针透刺疗法具有良好的安神定志、镇静安眠作用。
