摘要

目的 :探讨穴位敷贴的治哮机制。方法 :将 2 0 9例哮喘患者随机分为 2组

其中辨证贴药组12 5例

脱敏组 84例

分别观察两组治疗前后白介素 5 (IL 5 )及嗜酸性阳离子蛋白 (ECP)水平。结果 :穴位敷贴后患者的IL 5及ECP含量明显降低

与治疗前比较差异具有显著性意义 (P <0 0 1;P<0 0 5 )

且辨证贴药组对IL 5的影响程度明显大于对照组

组间比较差异有显著意义 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 :穴位敷贴的治哮机制可能是通过影响患者体内系列细胞因子及其毒性蛋白而完成的
