目的：对比观察芒针为主针刺与西药吗丁啉治　疗非溃疡性消化不良的临床疗效差异。方法：将８１例门诊患者随机分为　治疗组与对照组。治疗组４５例以芒针中脘穴为主，对照组３６例口服吗丁啉治疗。　结果：治疗组临床疗效明显优于对照组，其疗效差异有非常显著性意义（Ｐ＜０　．０１）。
