方法：将150例尿毒症血液透析合并皮肤瘙痒的患者随机分为治疗组(针刺组)和对照组(西药组)。结果：治疗组和对照组总有效率分别为88.75%和88.58%，两组之间疗效无显著性差异(P>0.5) 。结论：针刺治疗本病可取得与西药治疗相同的疗效，且无副作用。
