摘要

目的 :观察穴位注射卡介菌多糖核酸改善哮喘患者气道变应性炎症的作用。方法 :轻、中度支气管哮喘缓解期患者 2 6 6例采用穴位注射卡介菌多糖核酸

147例肌肉注射者作为对照 (自然形成 )

分别于治疗前后检测血清IL 5和ECP含量。结果 :治疗后

两组患者血清IL 5和ECP含量降低 (P <0 0 1

P <0 0 5 )

具有统计学意义

且穴注组优于肌注组 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 :卡介菌多糖核酸穴位注射疗法具有较为明显地改善气道炎症的作用。
