摘要

目的:实现示踪剂循经迁移线的三维断层及透视观察。方法:志愿者下巨虚穴位点注18F-FDG

PET采集腿部透射及发射图像

对透射及发射图像进行融合并重建融合后的透视图。结果:融合后的三维断层图

实现了循经迁移线的空间定位显示

但无法看到完整的循经迁移线

只是断续线段;重建的透视图实现了从各个方向直现现察完整循经迁移线及其在体内走行位置

并可立体旋转显示。结论:图像融合后的透视图实现了循经迁移线的立体透视显示。
