摘要

黄褐斑多见于中青年女性

属中医“黧黑斑”范畴。本病面部皮肤有黄褐色斑块

形态大小不一

斑界清晰或模糊

邻近斑块有连片趋势。黄褐斑处皮肤光滑

无其它不适及自觉症状

主要分布于颧、颊、鼻、额、口唇四周。由于本病有碍美观

很多患者为此苦恼不已。笔者采用刺血疗法治疗本病76例

收到了满意的疗效

现报告如下。1 临床资料76例均为门诊女性患者

年龄28～49岁

平均年龄35岁;病程6个月～10年。其中蝶形分布20例

颧部18例

颊部28例

泛发10例。入选患者均为2周内未用过其它脱色剂或系统治疗的黄褐斑患者。处于妊娠期或哺乳期者

患有慢性肝肾疾病

女性生殖器官疾病及内分泌系统疾病者不入选。
