目的：探讨为何足厥阴肝经的首个病候为＂腰　痛不可以俯仰＂。方法：从（１）肝经腰痛的病机为筋脉失养、肝气郁结　；（２）肝经腧穴多能主治腰痛，表明肝经与腰部存在联系；（３）带脉在肝经与腰部联系中起纽　带作用；（４）肝经至腰骶部原有一支脉被遗漏，应当补正等四个方面进行探讨。　结论：腰痛应为肝经主要病候。
