摘要

方法 :将 80例急性脑梗死患者随机分为针药组、药物组各 4 0例

采用RIA法测定其治疗前后肿瘤坏死因子 (TNF α)、白细胞介素 6 (IL 6 )水平

记录其肌力变化情况。结果 :急性脑梗死患者的TNF α、IL 6水平明显高于正常健康体检者 (P <0 0 1)

针药组治疗后TNF α、IL 6明显低于药物组 (P <0 0 5 )

肌力恢复优于药物组 (P <0 0 1)。
