摘要

目的 :探讨针灸的适应症范围及确切疗效。方法 :回顾 1388人次针灸病房住院治疗患者的有关资料

统计分析针灸科病种与疗效、治疗方法、病源等关系。结果 :共收治病种 10 4种

病源辖区内占 79 97%

辖区外占 2 0 0 3%

临床治愈率为 4 9 5 7%

总有效率为 96 6 2 %。结论 :针灸科收治病种广

但病源较局限 ;神经精神、循环及运动系统疾病是主要病种

而与脑有关的疾病又是重中之重 ;治疗有效率高

但治愈率有待提高
