摘要

目的 :　观察针刺对急性脑梗塞患者血清肿瘤坏死因子 (TNE)的影响。方法 :将 6 8例急性脑梗塞患者

随机分成针刺组与对照组

采用酶联免疫法进行针前与针后 1周的TNF的血清测定

及针前、针后 1周、1月的临床疗效评估。结果 :两组病例针刺后 1周血清TNF均有下降

针刺组下降明显 (P <0 0 1)。疗效评估针后 1周无明显的差异 (P >0 0 5 )

30天后两者有差异 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 :急性脑梗塞早期进行针刺能降低血清中TNF的含量

加速炎性的吸收或减少炎性的反应

促进脑组织和肢体的功能恢复
