摘要

在临床实践的基础上

参照《内经》、《难经》以及其它古籍的宗旨

对目前临床上争论较多的有关针刺补泻定量化的问题提出了自己的观点。认为针刺的补泻是有一定的量化标准的

针感既能体现机体内的邪正虚实

也是影响针刺补泻的最基本的因素。针感的调节 (通过一定的针刺术式 )是实现针刺补泻的手段

而针感的变化则是针刺补泻的量化标准
