摘要

目的:探讨比较电针与阿米替林对抑郁症的疗效。方法:将52例抑郁症患者随机分为2组

各26例

分别给予电针和阿米替林治疗

疗程6周

用HAMD量表评分和4级标准评定疗效。结果:电针组愈显率61.54％

药物对照组65.38％

显效时间对照组早于电针组;副反应对照组较电针组明显

特别是心电图改变。结论:电针与阿米替林对抑郁症均有较好疗效

且两者间无显著差异

电针还适合于治疗老年或伴有心血管疾病的抑郁症患者。
