摘要

目的：客观和规范地观察经皮穴位电刺激疗法治疗瘀滞型肩关节周围炎的临床疗效。方法：采用规范化和标准化的诊断、辨证和疗效评价标准，明确和固定各治疗参数，以肩部疼痛和肩关　节活动为观察指标，分别运用经皮穴位电刺激和电针对７８例患者进行对照治疗。　结果：经皮穴位电刺激具有与电针相似的良好疗效，在对疼痛指标和改善肩关节活　动等方面，两种疗法差异无显著性意义。结论：经皮穴位电刺激是一种　治疗瘀滞型肩周炎的较好疗法。
