摘要

目的 :探讨穴位电刺激法及多虑平对海洛因依赖者在脱毒期稽延性戒断综合征的疗效观察。方法 :在应用戒毒药的同时随机取戒毒药合穴位电刺激及口服多虑平 4 0例 (治疗组 )与单用戒毒药 2 5例 (对照组 )

进行为期 10天的对比观察。结果 :治疗组总有效率 90 0 %

对照组为 4 4 0 %(P <0 0 1)

两组差异有非常显著性意义。两组治疗前后戒断症状计分比较

治疗组各项分值明显较对照组低。治疗组稽延症状改善明显优于对照组

χ2 检验P <0 0 1。结论 :穴位电刺激和多虑平可有效地改善海洛因依赖者在脱毒期的稽延性戒断综合征的程度
