摘要

方法：采用２×２析因设计，分别观　察不同时间针刺对实验动物月经周期前半期外周血　ＦＳＨ，ＬＨ，Ｅ２，Ｔ　分泌水平的影响。　结果：（１）早晨组、晚上组、早晚组各激素分泌均出现明显抑制，空白组　及非穴组则呈现大致正常的分泌状态。（２）各时间针刺组的各种激素分泌峰的上升速度及峰　值增值变化与空白组相比，差异均有非常显著性意义（Ｐ＜０．０１）；非穴组与空白组　相比则不明显（Ｐ＞０．０５）。（３）不同时间针刺组组间比较，对　ＦＳＨ，Ｔ　分泌峰的上升　速度及峰值增值变化的影响由强到弱依次为早晨组、早晚组、晚上组；对　ＬＨ　分泌峰的上升　速度及峰值增值变化的影响由强到弱依次为早晨组、晚上组、早晚组；对　Ｅ２分泌峰的上　升速度及峰值增值变化的影响由强到弱依次为晚上组、早晚组、早晨组。（４）针刺１天１次与１　天２次比较，其作用差异无显著意义。
