摘要

方法 :选用Wister健康成年大鼠

针刺“内关”、“太冲”等穴

用高效液相色谱法 (HPLC)观测其对大鼠灌服川芎嗪 (TMP)后

川芎嗪在动物体内的靶向吸收现象

以期为针药并举这一有效的治疗方法提供客观的实验依据。结果 :相同时间内川芎嗪在针刺相应穴位组大鼠相应器官内含量明显多于单纯灌药组 (P <0 0 5 )
