摘要

目的 :研究耳针、中药对糖尿病大鼠血浆降钙素基因相关肽 (Calcitoningenerelatedpep tide

CGRP)、内皮素 (Endothelin

ET)等的影响。方法 :利用链脲佐菌素 (STZ)诱发的糖尿病大鼠接受耳针、中药治疗 14周后

放免法测定血浆CGRP、ET等指标。结果 :与正常组相比糖尿病大鼠血浆CGRP、ET水平明显升高

而耳针、中药治疗后明显降低。结论 :耳针、中药防治糖尿病微血管病变的一种可能机制是良性调整血浆CGRP、ET水平。
