摘要

目的 :对电针治疗老年急迫性尿失禁进行系统临床和尿流动力学评价。结果 :电针组近期治愈率 35 0 %

有效率 4 5 0 %

远期治愈率 36 4 %

有效率 4 0 9%

疗效与病程长短无关 ;对照组分别为 2 5 %和 35 0 %

远期总有效率仅 33 3% ;两组差异有非常显著性意义 (P <0 0 0 1

P <0 0 5 )。尿流动力学评价也显示出类似结果 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 :电针可显著增加膀胱最大容量、提高膀胱充盈初始感觉阈、降低膀胱最大收缩压、抑制逼尿肌的无抑制性收缩

从而治疗尿失禁。
