摘要

目的:观察头针交叉刺久留针治疗中风偏瘫的临床疗效。方法:将124例中风偏瘫患者随机分为头针交叉刺久留针治疗组和传统头针对照组

观察两种头针法的即刻效应和续效作用。结果:两组头针法的即刻效应是一致的

但治疗组的续效作用好于对照组

尤其是治疗组的愈显率71.3％明显优于对照组的45.5％（P<0.05）。结论:头针交叉刺久留针是治疗中风偏瘫的有效方法

健、患侧头部穴线交替使用可以减少患者痛苦。
