摘要

方法：采用一穴多针透刺法治疗肩周炎128例，同时与传统的普通针刺法86例进行疗效对比。结果：有效率分别为98.44%和93.02%，两组有效率之间差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)；但两组临床治愈率和治愈所需疗程之间差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论：一穴多针透刺法治疗肩周炎在提高治愈率和缩短疗程方面明显优于普通针刺法。
