摘要

目的 :研究P物质是否参与穴位刺激引发的经络活动。方法 :采用放射免疫方法测定在背根反射和轴突反射实验条件下穴位刺激引起的皮肤和相关内脏组织的P物质含量变化。结果 :电刺激“足三里”穴引起循足阳明胃经皮肤和结肠等相关内脏组织的P物质含量增高。结论 :提示穴位刺激引起的经络活动和相关内脏反应有P物质参与。
