摘要

方法:将实验大鼠分为假手术组、缺血再灌组和缺血再灌+电针组

大脑中动脉线栓（MCAO）造成局灶性缺血90min

电针组在缺血后立即给予电针1h

以后每天1次。在缺血再灌1

7和14天分别处死

进行免疫组织化学染色。结果:GAP-43和突触囊泡蛋白主要在缺血灶周围的皮质表达。在再灌后7和14天后电针组GAP-43和突触囊泡蛋白免疫阳性细胞数高于缺血再灌组（P<0.05）。结论:电针能够提高GAP-43和突触囊泡蛋白在缺血灶周围皮质的表达

从而促进缺血后轴突的出芽和突触的形成

提高了缺血后神经元可塑性。
