摘要

目的 :为探讨留针时间长短对疗效的影响

以探求针刺的最佳时间参数。方法 :将 2 72例踝关节软组织损伤患者随机分为 5组 :留针 5分钟组

2 0分钟组

30分钟组

4 0分钟组

60分钟组。结果 :在急性损伤中

以留针 30分钟疗效最佳 (P <0 0 1) ;慢性损伤中

以留针 60分钟疗效最佳 (P<0 0 1) ;急性损伤疗效明显优于慢性损伤
